Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Teamlaeder mécancien poids lourds à Ieper

En tant que Teamleader Mécanicien, vous êtes responsable de l’organisation et du suivi des activités mécaniques au sein de l’atelier. Vous assurez également l’encadrement et le support quotidien de l’équipe de mécaniciens. Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :

  • Garantir la continuité et la qualité des travaux mécaniques
  • Encadrer et coacher une équipe d’environ 10 techniciens
  • Assurer une collaboration fluide et un bon suivi des activités
  • Assurer le back-up du Technical Manager
  • Veiller à la sécurité, à l’ordre et à la propreté de l’atelier
  • Organiser et suivre le planning quotidien selon les priorités
  • Gérer efficacement les budgets techniques (FTE et maintenance)
  • Optimiser la planification et l’affectation du personnel
  • Participer à un système de garde téléphonique
  • Reporter directement au Maintenance & Technical Manager

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans un environnement mécanique, idéalement dans un rôle de supervision
  • Vous êtes un bon people manager, capable de motiver et d’accompagner une équipe
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en mécanique poids lourds
  • Vous communiquez aisément et avez une bonne maîtrise du français (le néerlandais est un atout)
  • Vous êtes flexible et n’avez pas une mentalité « 9 à 5 »
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress, proactif et doté d’un grand sens des responsabilités
