Voor DHL eCommerce in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een coördinator voor het magazijn.

Hoe ziet jouw uitdaging er uit?

Onder de hiërarchische leiding en verantwoordelijkheid van de Supervisor leiden, begeleiden en coördineren van de magazijnmedewerkers met als doel de processen efficiënt te laten verlopen, in overeenstemming met de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.

Wat zijn jouw voornaamste taken?

Coördineren , begeleiden en motiveren van de huidige magazijnmedewerkers

Opvang en opleiding van nieuwe magazijnmedewerkers

Dagelijks aanpassen en optimaliseren van de indeling van de magazijnmedewerkers, op basis van wisselende volumes en eventuele afwezigheden

Instructies geven aan de magazijnmedewerkers voor wat betreft het correct sorteren, laden, lossen en intern transporteren van zendingen

Datacorrecties uitvoeren in de VEI-monitor alsmede opvolging van het correct binnenkomen van deze data

Opvolgen mailbox om de dagelijkse Linehaulplanning aan te passen aan de dagelijks wisselende volumes

Controle op de laadzones van in- en outbound teneinde deze volumes vast te stelle

Verwerking douanezendingen

Waarborgen van adequate WTH goederen flow in het zicht van kosten efficiency

Zorgen voor veiligheid & milieu

Werken met de systemen FLOW, NMIV, AS400, printen CMR
