Wil jij als meewerkend teamleader magazijn in de regio Aalter mee het verschil maken in een productieomgeving voor metalen producten? Je combineert de dagelijkse organisatie van het magazijn met actief meewerken op de vloer.

Een productiebedrijf met korte lijnen

Je gaat aan de slag bij een producent van metalen producten, waar het magazijn de productie ondersteunt.

Dit wordt jouw rol

  • Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en motiveert een team van 5 tot 8 medewerkers.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit binnen de afdeling.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op en zorgt dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor het team, helpt operationele uitdagingen oplossen en begeleidt nieuwe collega’s.
  • Je beheert de voorraad, voert tellingen uit en coördineert inkomende leveringen. Je houdt de samenwerking tussen magazijn en productie vlot.

Je werkt volgens een vast dagrooster van 39 uur per week.

  • Computerwerk en administratieve opvolging pak je vlot op. Ervaring met ERP-systemen, Microsoft Dynamics of AS400 is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je magazijnervaring heeft je klaargestoomd voor een volgende stap waarin je ook een team begeleidt.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en vindt het fijn om samen met anderen tot werkbare oplossingen te komen.
