Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader Magazijn ben je de rechterhand van de Supervisor en stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 12 magazijnmedewerkers aan. Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen en motiveren van je team en ziet erop toe dat de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en netheidsvoorschriften steeds worden nageleefd.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Mee uitvoeren van operationele magazijntaken zoals hef- en reachtruckwerk, orderpicking en laden/lossen.
  • Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en kwalitatieve werking van het magazijn.
  • Dagelijkse planning en werkverdeling opvolgen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Supervisor en zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie binnen het team.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer en het goede voorbeeld geven.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als Teamleader, Ploegverantwoordelijke of Leidinggevende binnen een logistieke of warehouseomgeving.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en coachen.
  • Je steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en bent operationeel sterk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruck- of reachtruckattest.
