Hou je van logistiek, mensen begeleiden en een magazijn dat vlot draait? Als assistent teamleader combineer je coördinatie met coaching op de werkvloer.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische warehouseomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. De verschillende teams stemmen hun processen op elkaar af en werken samen aan één goed georganiseerd magazijn. Een positieve werksfeer en continue verbetering krijgen daarbij veel aandacht.

Als rechterhand van de teamleaders help je de dagelijkse werking van het warehouse in goede banen te leiden. Je ondersteunt de picking, goederenontvangst en expeditie en zorgt samen met de teamleader voor een efficiënte planning en organisatie.

- Je coördineert samen met de teamleader de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het warehouse. - Je ondersteunt een vlotte werking van de picking, goederenontvangst en expeditie. - Je bent aanspreekbaar voor collega's en draagt actief bij aan een positief werkklimaat. - Je coacht medewerkers en begeleidt hen op een constructieve manier in hun ontwikkeling. - Je helpt bij het opmaken en opvolgen van de personeelsbezetting. - Je evalueert nieuwe uitzendkrachten en jobstudenten. - Je bevordert de samenwerking tussen de verschillende warehouseteams. - Je helpt processen tussen de teams beter op elkaar af te stemmen. - Je werkt nauw samen met de andere teamleaders en assistent teamleaders. - Je kijkt verder dan je eigen afdeling en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het volledige warehouse.

Je werkt volgens een wisselend uurrooster met dag- en late uren. - Vaardigheden: Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft 365, waaronder Excel, Word en PowerPoint. Je bent een teamspeler met interesse in logistieke processen. Je bent mensgericht en neemt op een natuurlijke manier een coachende en leidende rol op. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om processen te verbeteren. Je houdt het hoofd koel in een hectische werkomgeving. Je bent leergierig, flexibel en gaat nieuwe uitdagingen niet uit de weg. Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een goede verstandhouding tussen verschillende teams.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Minstens hoger secundair diploma.

- Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in een magazijn en bij voorkeur in een aansturende of leidinggevende functie.

- Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
