FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een geboren leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Krijg jij energie van een goed georganiseerd magazijn, een sterk team én de uitdaging om mee te bouwen aan een groeiend logistiek verhaal? Dan hebben wij dé job voor jou!

Voor een familiale transport- en logistiek bedrijf zoeken we een Teamleader Magazijn die het verschil maakt op de werkvloer en mee de toekomst van onze magazijnactiviteiten vormgeeft.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleader ben jij de spilfiguur tussen de medewerkers, klanten en het management. Je combineert leidinggeven met een actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 15 magazijnmedewerkers aan, coacht en motiveert hen op onze vestigingen in Moen.

- Je maakt de dagelijkse planning en werkverdeling op en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen.

- Je werkt zelf actief mee in het magazijn. Laden, lossen, orderpicken of rijden met de heftruck? Jij draait er je hand niet voor om.

- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over de operationele werking van meerdere magazijnsites en houdt steeds een overzicht over kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.

- Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen binnen de magazijnwerking en zet optimalisaties om in concrete acties.

- Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.

- Je signaleert problemen, denkt in oplossingen en werkt samen met het management aan de verdere professionalisering van onze warehouseactiviteiten.

PROFIEL

- Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een magazijn-, transport- of logistieke omgeving.

- Je bent een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers weet te enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in veranderingen.

- Je bent hands-on ingesteld en voelt je het best tussen de mensen op de werkvloer.

- Je hebt ervaring met de heftruck. Een geldig heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen.

- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt moeiteloos meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht.

- Je denkt vooruit, werkt oplossingsgericht en ziet kansen om processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken.

- Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.

- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, behoudt het overzicht en werkt gestructureerd.

- Je bent klantgericht en begrijpt dat een sterke magazijnwerking de sleutel is tot uitstekende service.

- Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag van 8u30 tot 17u. Avonden en weekends zijn tijd voor jezelf.
