Onze klant is een warm en familiaal geleide onderneming heeft een sterke reputatie opgebouwd binnen de voedingssector. Wat ooit klein begon, groeide uit tot een veelzijdige leverancier voor snacks en foodprofessionals. Het uitgebreide assortiment omvat zowel voedingsproducten als diverse benodigdheden, voor zowel professionele als particuliere klanten.

Voor deze gevestigde detailhandel zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader Nacht die het nachtteam aanstuurt en mee instaat voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van het orderpickingproces.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het nachtteam orderpickers
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van het samenstellen van bestellingen
  • Toezien op de correctheid, kwaliteit en volledigheid van orders
  • Meewerken waar nodig en het goede voorbeeld geven op de werkvloer
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte planning en taakverdeling tijdens de nachtshift
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkzones
  • Werken in een gekoelde en diepvriesomgeving
  • Voltijdse tewerkstelling (38u/week) in vaste nachtshift van zondagavond tot vrijdagochtend

Heb je of ben je:

  • Ervaring hebt in logistiek, orderpicking of magazijnwerk
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten hebt of klaar bent om die rol op te nemen
  • Geen probleem hebt met fysiek werk en werken in koude omstandigheden
  • Bewust kiest voor een vaste nachtfunctie
  • Sterk bent in organisatie, communicatie en probleemoplossing
  • Flexibel bent en bereid bent om indien nodig langer te werken
  • Ervaring hebt met heftruck of elektrische transpallet (pluspunt)
