FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Functie omschrijving;

Voor ons magazijn in Oudenaarde, waar je samenwerkt met een team van 3 magazijnmedewerkers, zoeken wij een meewerkend teamleader die het overzicht bewaart én actief meewerkt op de werkvloer:

  • Je neemt inkomende goederen in ontvangst, manueel of met behulp van de heftruck
  • Je boekt goederen correct in en plaatst ze op de juiste locatie in het magazijn
  • Je werkt vlot met ons intern ERP-systeem en beheert daarnaast 4 automatische robotkasten
  • Je verdeelt de taken binnen het team en neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer: lead by example
  • Je voert regelmatig stocktellingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad steeds correct en op peil is
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de parts manager rond voorraadbeheer en signaleert proactief mogelijke stockbreuken

Affiniteit met techniek Affiniteit met techniek en interesse om productkennis op te bouwen is een grote troef!

Computer vaardig Outlook kent voor jou geen geheimen meer en bovendien ben je voldoende computer vaardig om ons intern ERP programma je snel eigen te maken.

Teamplayer met hands-on mentaliteit Je functioneert goed in groep en je denkt hands-on waarbij je niet bang bent om vanachter je pc te komen en zelf ook even de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je vreest hierbij niet af en toe wat zwaar werk te verrichten ook.

Ervaring met magazijnomgeving Je geniet minstens een eerste, concrete ervaring als magazijnier waar je kan op verder bouwen om zo op korte termijn volwaardig in de rol te stappen als meewerkend teamleader.
