Ben jij een hands-on leidinggevende met ervaring binnen logistiek of magazijnbeheer? Heb je een talent voor het aansturen van mensen, het organiseren van logistieke processen en het creëren van structuur en efficiëntie?

Dan is deze functie als Teamleader Magazijn wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een team van magazijnmedewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alle goederenstromen, voorraadprocessen en magazijnactiviteiten vlot, correct en veilig verlopen.

Jouw functie Als Teamleader Magazijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn en fungeer je als spilfiguur tussen administratie, logistiek en magazijnmedewerkers.

Je combineert operationele betrokkenheid met organisatorisch inzicht en weet jouw team op een positieve manier te motiveren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een team magazijnmedewerkers.

Organiseren en opvolgen van alle inbound- en outboundprocessen.

Correcte verwerking van binnenkomende goederen via ERP- en WMS-systemen.

Bewaken van voorraadniveaus en voorraadcorrectheid.

Opstellen en optimaliseren van magazijnprocedures en logistieke workflows.

Verantwoordelijkheid voor de logistieke opvolging van stalen.

Opmaak van planningen en opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.

Kwaliteitscontrole van binnenkomende goederen.

Detecteren en oplossen van operationele problemen.

Initiëren van verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, orde, veiligheid en magazijnorganisatie.

Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het magazijnteam.

Ondersteunen bij praktische en administratieve logistieke vraagstukken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een hands-on en dynamische people manager die structuur weet te brengen en medewerkers kan enthousiasmeren.

Wat verwachten we? Bachelor denkniveau, door diploma of ervaring.

Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als Teamleader Magazijn, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistiek Teamleader of vergelijkbare functie.

Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers binnen een magazijnomgeving.

Goede kennis Nederlands en voldoende kennis Frans om medewerkers en contacten professioneel te woord te staan.

Hands-on ingesteldheid: je staat dicht bij de werkvloer en neemt initiatief.

Je houdt van orde, netheid en een gestructureerde werkomgeving.

Je bent positief, daadkrachtig en weet mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen.

Ervaring met ERP-systemen, Navision of WMS is een pluspunt maar kan aangeleerd worden.

Je beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent organisatorisch sterk.

Je bent iemand die: Positieve energie uitstraalt.

Beslissingen durft nemen.

Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Rust en structuur brengt binnen een team.

Medewerkers motiveert en ondersteunt.

Zowel operationeel als organisatorisch sterk is.
