* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams der mechanischen Instandhaltung

* Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellen einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit

* Initiierung und Leitung von Instandhaltungsprojekten

* Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung

* Einholen, Bewerten und Mitentscheiden bei der Vergabe externer Leistungen

* Abnahme externer Leistungen

* Planung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende

* Verantwortung für das Ersatzteilmanagement

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Brandschutzvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik oder Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Werkmeisterabschluss

* Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Instandhaltung

* Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Führungskompetenz und Entscheidungsstärke

* Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz

* Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigeninitiative und Gestaltungswille

* Kenntnisse in TPM / Lean / kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Vorteil

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse
