Jij schakelt even makkelijk tussen jouw werkzaamheden op het Maintenance kantoor als in de werkplaats. Wat ga je doen? Als onze Teamleader Maintenance ben jij de motor van ons Maintenance team. Jij stuurt monteurs, servicemonteurs en de werkvoorbereiding aan en zorgt dat alles gesmeerd loopt. Daarbij spring jij, net zo makkelijk bij in onze werkplaats. Jij: - Plant, organiseert en coördineert onderhoudsactiviteiten, keuringen en reparaties voor onze verhuurvloot én eigen equipment. - Borgt onze hoogstaande kwaliteit door o.a. controles en procesoptimalisatie. - Houdt contact met interne en externe klanten en handelt vragen, klachten en claims professioneel af. - Zorgt voor naleving van procedures (ISO, VCA, NEN, SIR, e.d.). - Analyseert data en initieert verbeterprojecten om onze efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid verder te vergroten. - Springt - tijdens piekmomenten en/of indien nodig - bij qua werkzaamheden in de werkplaats. - Creëert een veilige en plezierige werkomgeving, waarin betrokkenheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan. - Draait consignatiediensten (in roulatie). Wat neem je mee? Je bent een natuurlijke leider met een gedegen technische achtergrond. Jij neemt mee: - Minimaal 10 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een technische omgeving (ervaring in de verhuurbranche is een pre). - Een bij voorkeur afgeronde HBO-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, aangevuld ...
