Ben jij een ervaren teamleader met sterke people management vaardigheden en een passie voor organisatie en planning? Heb je daarnaast ook een heel sterk technisch inzicht en affiniteit met staalbouw, metaalbewerking of lassen? Wil je jouw ervaring inzetten om een team van lassers te begeleiden en de efficiëntie van wereldwijde projecten te waarborgen?

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van je team, het organiseren van de planning en het coördineren van de activiteiten om indrukwekkende projecten te realiseren die wereldwijd worden ingezet, zoals het Stade de France in Parijs en het MAS in Antwerpen.

Met jarenlange ervaring in grote en complexe projecten beschikt het bedrijf over diepgaande expertise die continu gedeeld wordt binnen het team. Ze bieden volop kansen voor persoonlijke en professionele groei en investeren continu in de ontwikkeling van hun medewerkers. Door te werken met de beste apparatuur en uitdagende projecten, zorgen zij ervoor dat jij en je team altijd blijven groeien en ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je doorloopt eerst een opleidingstraject van zes maanden, waarin je de fijne kneepjes van het vak leert.
  • Je verdiept je in veiligheid, kwaliteit, communicatie, de benodigde vaardigheden en de 5S-methodiek.
  • Het aansturen van 2 tot 4 teams, elk bestaande uit 4 tot 5 personen.
  • Je staat in voor de organisatie van de teams en zorgt dat iedere persoon gepositioneerd is op basis van zijn sterke punten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten, evenals de opvolging en afronding ervan.
  • Er is directe samenwerking met de productiesupervisor en andere teamleaders.
  • Je hebt affiniteit in lassen, technisch planlezen, staalbouw of metaalbewerking
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team is een must, als ook technisch inzicht
  • Je bent organisatorisch ingesteld en people management is een passie
