Met jarenlange ervaring en een hypermodern machinepark levert men metaalbewerking van topniveau aan klanten uit diverse sectoren, van de bouw tot de automotive. Hun reputatie bouwden ze op dankzij de klantgerichte aanpak, kwaliteitsvolle afwerking en efficiënte oplossingen.

Als teamleader neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de productieomgeving. Je stuurt een team van zo’n 25 productiemedewerkers en 3 voormannen aan, zorgt voor een vlotte planning en uitvoering, en waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan procesverbeteringen en geef je je team de kans om te groeien via opleiding en coaching. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.

De rol is niet alleen inhoudelijk uitdagend, maar ook aantrekkelijk dankzij het sterke financiële voorstel.
