Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die de operationele leiding over onze montage-afdeling op zich neemt en zorgt voor een efficiënte, kwalitatieve en veilige uitvoering van projecten – zowel in het atelier als op locatie.

Als Hoofd Montage ben je de spilfiguur tussen engineering, productie en uitvoering. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Coördineren en aansturen van montageteams, zowel intern als op werven
  • Plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van montageactiviteiten en projectfasen
  • Toezien op correcte uitvoering volgens technische plannen, lastenboeken en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van deadlines, budgetten en KPI's
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Actieve opvolging van werfactiviteiten, inclusief sporadische buitenlandse projecten (voornamelijk buurlanden)
  • Implementeren en bewaken van veiligheidsprocedures (VCA, toolbox meetings, risicoanalyses, ...)
  • Continu optimaliseren van werkprocessen en efficiëntie binnen de montage-afdeling
  • Opleiden, coachen en evalueren van medewerkers
  • Nauwe samenwerking met engineering voor technische afstemming en probleemoplossing
  • Beheer van materiaal, tools en middelen voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, mechanica, constructie, ...) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen montage, constructie of industriële projecten
  • Je hebt bewezen ervaring in leidinggeven en people management
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en probleemoplossend denken
  • Je kan vlot technische schema's, tekeningen en P&ID's interpreteren
  • Kennis van lastechnieken, mechanische assemblage en industriële installaties is vereist
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet teams te motiveren
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om sporadisch te reizen binnen Europa
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een plus
