Als Teamleader Plaatser Zonnepanelen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een vlot en veilig verloop van installatieprojecten. Je coördineert je team en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve plaatsing van zonnepanelen bij zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten.

Wij helpen onze klanten om voor een slim systeem te kiezen dat op maat is samengesteld. Enkel zo halen ze er een optimaal rendement uit en kunnen ze veel besparen. Wij werken daarom steeds met vaste krachten uit de regio. We houden het volledige proces in handen en begeleiden onze klanten tot ze helemaal tevreden bent. We zijn er om te helpen.

De komende jaren zullen we op het vlak van technologie nog veel vooruitgang boeken, zeker wat batterijen, laadpalen en slim energiebeheer betreft. Wij zijn klaar voor de toekomst en nemen onze klanten graag mee!

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiding geven aan een installatieploeg en fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werf.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van werkzaamheden volgens planning en projectdoelstellingen.
  • Monteren en installeren van zonnepanelen, bekabeling en ondersteunende structuren.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Opleiden en coachen van teamleden waar nodig.
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en eventuele problemen aan de projectleiding.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van projecten.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een plaatser van zonnepanelen die zelfstandig kan werken en ambitie heeft om bij te leren en door te groeien. Op termijn kan je zo bijvoorbeeld ingeschakeld worden voor het plaatsen van airco, omvormers of batterijen.

  • Je hebt kennis van elektrische installaties. Ook heb je reeds ervaring in het plaatsen van zonnepanelen.
  • Je kent geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om je makkelijk naar de werven te verplaatsen.
