The posting

Als Teamleader Productie binnen de afdeling Brood ben jij een belangrijke spil op de productievloer. Je combineert een actieve rol binnen het productieproces met de verantwoordelijkheid om een team van ongeveer zeven medewerkers dagelijks in goede banen te leiden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt opgevolgd, de productie efficiënt verloopt en de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en rendementsdoelstellingen worden behaald. Daarbij verlies je de samenwerking en teamspirit nooit uit het oog.

Ze zijn op zoek naar iemand met:

  • Zelf actief meewerken binnen de productie van banketproducten.
  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team van ongeveer zeven medewerkers.
  • De voortgang van de productie bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit en rendement en waar nodig onmiddellijk bijsturen.
  • Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en aanspreken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele problemen of kwaliteitskwesties.
  • Toezien op het correct naleven van de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Samenwerken met de productieverantwoordelijke en planner om de productie vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en structuur binnen het team.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve samenwerking binnen een divers en multicultureel team.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een teamlead die ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers combineert met een sterke kennis van productie en bij voorkeur de voedingssector. Ervaring binnen een bakkerij-, patisserie- of gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een duidelijke troef, omdat je vanuit je productkennis snel kunt inspelen op situaties die zich op de werkvloer voordoen.

Dit doe je door:

  • Ervaring als teamlead of leidinggevende, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Een goede en praktische kennis van productie en bij voorkeur banket, bakkerij of patisserie.
  • Een natuurlijke manier van leidinggeven en voldoende verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren en waar nodig bij te sturen.
  • Een stressbestendige houding en een praktische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van diverse en multiculturele teams.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Voldoende kennis van het Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren.
  • De bereidheid om in een vaste nachtploeg van 22u tot 6u te werken.
  • De flexibiliteit om 3 à 4 zaterdagavonden per maand te werken.
