Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met technische kennis en ervaring in een industriële omgeving? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team en zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd?

Voor een stabiele en gespecialiseerde speler binnen de industriële dienstverlening zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader/ Brigadier voor werkzaamheden binnen de nucleaire sector.

Als Teamleader (Brigadier) ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer, het team en de projectleiding. Je stuurt dagelijks een team aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden correct, veilig en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd.

????️ Jouw takenpakket

Je stuurt dagelijks een team van ongeveer 8 tot 12 medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van je team
  • Verdelen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden
  • Zorgen dat de werken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften
  • Aanvragen, opvolgen en afsluiten van werkvergunningen
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van incidenten, afwijkingen en klachten
  • Beheren en opvolgen van materiaal, gereedschappen en stock
  • Opstellen van dagrapporten en bijhouden van materiaalregistratie
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, klanten, werf- en projectleiding
  • Bewaken van de planning en kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

We zoeken een technisch sterke leidinggevende die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen op een positieve manier kan aansturen.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt de werking van een industriële werkomgeving
  • Je bent bereid om te werken binnen een nucleaire omgeving
  • Je kan medewerkers duidelijk en motiverend aansturen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel arbeiders als klanten en projectleiding
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd voorop
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om te werken in vroege, late en nachtdiensten
  • Ook weekendwerk kan deel uitmaken van de functie
  • Je beschikt over een blanco strafblad
