Voor ons logistiek centrum in Beringen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Operations Planning – Warehouse & Value Added Logistics.

Wat is de inhoud van jouw functie?

Als Teamleader Operations Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning, organisatie en opvolging van de operationele activiteiten binnen ons warehouse en de value added logistics-afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt, kwalitatief en klantgericht verlopen en bent de verbindende schakel tussen de verschillende interne afdelingen.

Daarnaast stuur je een team van planners aan, coach je hen in hun dagelijkse werking en zorg je voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en continue ontwikkeling van het team.

Je bewaart steeds het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en gelooft dat de focus bij elk vraagstuk begint bij hoe, wat en wanneer het wél kan.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je plant, organiseert en volgt de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden op;
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van planners en zorgt voor coaching, opvolging en verdere ontwikkeling;
  • Je bewaakt de bezetting, productiviteit, kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de afdeling en stuurt bij waar nodig;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met supervisors, ploegbazen en andere teamleaders om de werking van het warehouse continu te optimaliseren;
  • Je volgt KPI's en operationele resultaten op en zet verbeteracties op;
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met interne afdelingen en externe partners om operationele uitdagingen efficiënt en structureel op te lossen;
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor complexe operationele vraagstukken. Je durft beslissingen te nemen, hakt moeilijke knopen door en weet deze op een duidelijke, onderbouwde en verbindende manier te communiceren naar alle betrokken stakeholders;
  • Je stimuleert en begeleidt jouw team door coaching, ondersteuning en kennisdeling;
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen van processen, procedures en werkmethodieken en neemt jouw team hierin mee;
  • Je ziet toe op het correct naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met logistieke processen en begrijpt hoe warehouse- en value added logistics-activiteiten op elkaar inspelen;
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers in een operationele context;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent een echte people manager die richting geeft, beslissingen durft nemen en mensen weet te verbinden;
  • Je communiceert vlot en diplomatisch met collega's, klanten en externe partners;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt ook in drukke situaties het overzicht;
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office, courtance softwaretoepassingen en hebt ervaring met WMS-systemen;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en een basiskennis Frans.
