Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader Orderpickers voor het depot in Merelbeke.

Jouw taken

Als Teamleader Orderpickers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van de outbound activiteiten binnen het magazijn.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse orderpickingactiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van de voorbereiding van bestellingen en retourzendingen.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Opstellen van de dagelijkse planning en verdelen van de werkzaamheden.
  • Bewaken van de productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen het team.
  • Administratieve opvolging van prestaties, documentenstromen en mailverkeer.
  • Ondersteunen bij stocktellingen en bijdragen aan een correct stockbeheer.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Logistiek Supervisor.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring als teamleader, ploegchef of supervisor.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en begeleiden.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van magazijnprocessen en werkorganisatie.
  • Je kan vlot werken met een heftruck, reachtruck en stapelaar.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur SAP, is een mooie troef.
