Ben jij een ervaren people manager met een sterke affiniteit voor planning? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van mensen, het stellen van prioriteiten en het onderhouden van klantenrelaties in een dynamische omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Je neemt de leiding over een team van 3 planners en werkt nauw samen met een Specialist. Jij bent zowel teamleader als inhoudelijke back-up, waardoor je perfect weet wat er leeft op de vloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Teamleader Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het mensenmanagement als de operationele continuïteit:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het planningsteam
  • Voeren van groeigesprekken en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de verlofplanning
  • Operationeel meedraaien in de planning bij ziekte of verlof, in overleg met de specialist
  • Invallen wanneer de specialist niet beschikbaar is
  • Stellen van duidelijke prioriteiten voor klanten en planning
  • Klantencontact bij escalaties en gevoelige dossiers
  • Afspraken maken met klanten - je neemt planners mee om meer voeling te krijgen met de klant
  • Opstellen van forecasts: inschatten van benodigde chauffeurs, back-ups bepalen en efficiënt inplannen
  • Afstemmen met andere teams/eilanden bij grijze zones
  • Bemiddelen met andere teamleaders waar nodig

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een ervaren en gedreven teamleader die rust bewaart in een complexe en prikkelrijke omgeving:

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van mensen
  • Eerste ervaring met transportplanning
  • Sterke people skills en professionele communicatiestijl
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Durft beslissingen nemen en wacht niet af
  • Kan prioriteiten stellen en goed “puzzelen”
  • Proactief, commercieel ingesteld en sterk in klantenbinding
  • Projectmatig kunnen werken en zaken uitschrijven
  • Vlot in overleg met verschillende stakeholders (planners, chauffeurs, klanten, teamleads)
  • Gedreven en flexibel in een zeer dynamische omgeving
