Voor een firma regio Veurne zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader proces afwerking.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Procesleiding & coördinatie Leiding nemen over het volledige finishingproces: planning, workflow, prioriteiten en verdeling van werkzaamheden. Vertalen van ontwerp- en kleurintenties naar gestandaardiseerde, reproduceerbare processtappen. Bewaken van de dagelijkse flow tussen voorbereiding, schuren, kleuren en final check. Identificeren van bottlenecks en procesafwijkingen, en initiëren van verbeteracties.
  • Kwaliteitsborging Vastleggen, onderhouden en handhaven van kwaliteitsnormen voor alle Prado-finishes. Zorgen voor kleur- en afwerkingsconsistentie over alle batches en productfamilies. Uitvoeren en superviseren van kwaliteitscontroles; documenteren van parameters, resultaten en afwijkingen. Proactief oplossen van proces- en kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Operational excellence & standaardisatie Mee opstellen en bewaken van standaardprocedures (SOP's) voor het volledige finishingproces. Actief meewerken aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe finishes of verfijnen van bestaande processen. Training en begeleiding van collega-operators in consistente werkwijzen. Samenwerken met supply chain, R&D en productie om doorlooptijd, capaciteit en voorspelbaarheid te optimaliseren.
  • Hands-on ambacht Zelf uitvoeren van schuur-, kleur- en afwerkingswerk wanneer nodig, vooral voor complexe of kritische stukken. Optreden als referentiepunt voor technisch vakmanschap binnen het team.

Als Team Lead Finishing bent u eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige afwerkingsproces van de Prado-finishes. U combineert ambachtelijke precisie met procesbeheersing en neemt actief de leiding over de organisatie, kwaliteitsborging en continue verbetering van alle finishingactiviteiten in Veurne. U bent de persoon die het overzicht bewaart, standaarden vastlegt en zorgt dat elke stap — van voorbereiding tot eindcontrole — consistent, reproduceerbaar en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.
