Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie in de voedingsindustrie? Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren teamleader om ons team te versterken.

Voor onze klant gelegen in Temse zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader voor hun productie- en inpaklijn, we zoeken iemand die zin heeft om door te groeien dmv een 3 à 4 maand-durende opleiding.

Wat zullen jouw taken zijn:

  • Middels een opleiding van een 3 a 4-tal maanden (afhankelijk van je voorkennis) word je klaargestoomd om een centrale rol op te nemen binnen onze productie.
  • Je start op ZELFSTANDIG de machines en ovens op en je gaat aan de slag met grondstoffen zoals marsepein, kokos, ei, bloem,... Op basis van de productieplanning zorg je voor de juiste mengsels en zorg je dat deze hun weg vinden naar de productielijn.
  • Het verder afstellen en zo nodig omschakelen van de productielijn neem je gedurende de shift voor je rekening.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor onze afdeling kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning om kwalitatief, veilig en productief te werken.
  • Je slaagt erin om collega's te motiveren en een goede werksfeer in stand te houden.
  • Een goeie communicatie binnen de eigen afdeling en met de inpakafdeling is hierbij zeer belangrijk.
  • Gedurende de productie heb je oog voor kwaliteit door staalnames en testen, welke geregistreerd dienen te worden.
  • Orde, netheid en de geldende hygiëneregels zijn ten allen tijde een prioriteit voor elke medewerker.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • A2-diploma
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de voedingsindustrie
  • Je werkt vlot met heftruck en BT
  • Een coördinerend profiel die bereid is om mee te werken- 2 ploegen
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stipt
  • Je leert graag bij
  • Je stelt je collegiaal en communicatief op
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis
  • De hygiënemaatregelen (geen gelnagels of gelakte nagels, geen juwelen, haarnetje,...) vormen geen probleem voor jou
