Safety - Ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en werkinstructies. - Werkt samen met de preventiedienst aan een veilige productieomgeving. - Draagt bij aan een ordelijke en veilige werkplek volgens de 5S-principes. Quality - Bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen tijdens het productieproces. - Werkt samen met de kwaliteitsdienst bij afwijkingen, stalen en corrigerende acties. - Zorgt voor correcte registratie, rapportering en archivering van productiegegevens. - Ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures. Delivery (Leverbetrouwbaarheid) - Stuurt dagelijkse productie aan. - Plant de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en koffie. - Zorgt voor de tijdige beschikbaarheid van BOM's, werkopdrachten en etiketten. - Stelt de massabalansen op voor de filter- en koffieafdeling. - Verdeelt en volgt de productieactiviteiten op. - Volgt bestellingen op en stem de productiecapaciteit af op de vraag. - Zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsbezetting in functie van de productieplanning. - Vervangt de productiemanager bij afwezigheid.
