Wat ga je doen?

  • Machines en ovens opstarten: Jij geeft de kickstart aan onze machines en ovens en zorgt dat alles soepel draait.
  • Creatief met grondstoffen: Werk met heerlijke ingrediënten zoals marsepein, kokos, ei en bloem! Op basis van de productieplanning maak je de perfecte mengsels.
  • Afstellen en omschakelen: Tijdens je shift ben jij de expert die de productielijn verder afstelt en omstelt waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid: Als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning, zorg jij ervoor dat we op een veilige en productieve manier werken.
  • Teamspirit: Motiveer je collega's en zorg voor een goede werksfeer. Samen maken we het verschil!
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je houdt alles scherp in de gaten met staalnames en testen, en registreert alles nauwkeurig.
  • Hygiëne en netheid: Orde en netheid zijn voor jou prioriteit, en je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich aan de hygiëneregels houdt.

  • Je hebt een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je werkt vlot met de heftruck en BT.
  • Fysiek werk is voor jou een uitdaging, geen probleem!
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stipt, met een leergierige instelling.
  • Je bent collegiaal en communicatief, en hebt een goede technische kennis.
