FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in smakelijke gepaneerde en kant-en-klare producten zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader Productie die mee instaat voor een efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsvol productieproces.

Jouw taken

• Aansturen en begeleiden van 3 à 5 operatoren • Opstarten, instellen en omstellen van de productielijn • Produceren van gepaneerde en kant-en-klare producten volgens planning • Wisselen van folies en correct instellen van verpakkingslijnen • Plaatsen van producten in schaaltjes en opvolgen van het proces • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de productie • Registreren van productiegegevens en opvolgen van rendement • Bewaken van hygiëne-, veiligheid- en voedselnormen (HACCP) • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en een goede teamwerking

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

• Ervaring in voeding of productie is een sterke troef • Eerste ervaring in leidinggeven is een plus • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht • Hands-on mentaliteit en teamgerichte houding • Goede communicatievaardigheden • Interesse in productieprocessen en kwaliteitsbewaking
