Dan is deze functie als Teamleider Productie dé kans om jouw leiderschap en organisatorische talenten volop in te zetten.

Onze opdrachtgever is een gevestigde waarde binnen de voedingssector en specialiseert zich in de verwerking, verpakking en distributie van verse groenten en fruit. Dagelijks werken verschillende teams samen om kwalitatieve producten tijdig en efficiënt bij klanten te krijgen. Om deze operatie verder te versterken, zijn ze op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleider Productie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Teamleider Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op de productieafdeling. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van productiemedewerkers.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en productiviteit.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de personeelsplanning.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
  • Opvolgen van productiedoelstellingen en KPI's.
  • Nauw samenwerken met logistiek, kwaliteit en andere operationele afdelingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet jouw team te enthousiasmeren om samen de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht zonder de mens achter de medewerker uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving waar snelheid en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan.
