Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij neemt de leiding over je ploeg en zorgt ervoor dat urgente beslissingen, zoals conflictoplossing of personeelskwesties, snel en correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt een team van operatoren om de dagelijkse productiedoelen te behalen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op het naleven van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en zorgt ervoor dat productieprocessen optimaal verlopen.
  • Je stemt voortdurend af met andere ploegen en diensten om een vlotte samenwerking en overdracht te garanderen.
  • Jij bewaakt de opvolging van bestaande werkwijzen en teamacties en signaleert waar verbeteringen nodig zijn.
  • Administratieve taken zoals het beheren van de personeelsplanning en het corrigeren van productieafwijkingen horen ook bij jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een technische opleiding
  • Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving en weet hoe je teams motiveert en begeleidt.
  • Sterke communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden zijn onmisbaar, net als maturiteit en het vermogen om beslissingen te nemen onder druk.
