Als teamleader productie ben je, samen met je collega’s, verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, coördinatie, planning en uitvoering van de productieactiviteiten. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team van 20 à 25 medewerkers. Je motiveert, begeleidt en ondersteunt hen zodat veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning gerealiseerd worden.

Werkorganisatie • Coördineren en verdelen van het dagelijkse werk binnen de ploeg.

• Opvolgen en bijsturen van planning, kwaliteit en output.

• Monitoren van productie- en procesparameters.

• Oplossen van technische en procesproblemen samen met operatoren.

• Zorgen voor correct gebruik van systemen en data-input.

• Coördineren en escaleren van technische interventies.

People management • Beheer van aanwezigheid en personeelsplanning.

• Herorganisatie bij afwezigheden.

• Coachen, opleiden en evalueren van teamleden (ca. 20-25 medewerkers).

• Toezien op naleving van procedures.

Rapportering & communicatie • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie binnen en tussen ploegen.

• Rapporteren van technische problemen, stilstanden en afwijkingen.

• Initiëren en opvolgen van verbeteracties.

Veiligheid & milieu • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels.

• Uitvoeren van audits (BOP, V-audits, 5S).

• Nemen van preventieve en corrigerende acties.

Continue verbetering & kennisdeling • Delen van klant- en productie-informatie met het team.

• Voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen.

• Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten.

• Rapporteren aan de productiemanager.

Uurrooster Tewerkstelling in 3 ploegensysteem (rotatie: 04u30-12u45; 13u45-22u, 7u00-15u30)

• Probleemoplossend kunnen denken en service gericht

• Vertrouwd met de basisvereisten van het kwaliteitssysteem.

• Zelfstandig met verantwoordelijkheidszin

• Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en bent bereid onze productieprocessen grondig te leren kennen.

• Werkt kennis bij door zelfstudie, contact met collega’s, uitwisseling van ervaringen.

• Eigen inzichten en vaardigheden kunnen overbrengen naar het team.

• Kan de gegevens op juiste manier interpreteren en heeft een kritische kijk op de gegevens.

• Aanpassingsvermogen demonstreren: prioriteiten kunnen stellen oa bij hoge werkdruk.

• Flexibele ingesteldheid

• Communicatief: bevordert de open communicatie en nodigt zijn teamleden uit om continu op zoek te gaan naar verbetervoorstellen in hun werkdomein.

• Empathisch vermogen: stelt zich open, luistert naar medewerkers en houdt rekening met hun mening.

• Neemt beslissingen, communiceert ze en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering.

• Flexibel in ploegendienst (rotatie- 3 ploegensysteem)

• Heeft een voorbeeldfunctie en kan hierdoor anderen inspireren om het juiste gedrag te stellen.

• Is in staat om volledig autonoom te werken.

• MS Office pakket en digitale technische programma’s

• Talen: Nederlands kennen of bereidwilligheid tonen tot leren van Nederlands op redelijke termijn / gesproken Engelse taal
