Als teamleader ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de operatoren binnen jouw team. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een goede opvolging van de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team operatoren
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en verdelen van de werkzaamheden
  • Organiseren van individuele gesprekken en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers
  • Bewaken van de productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren van controles en tijdig bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Opvolgen van afwezigheden, bezetting en personeelsplanning
  • Signaleren van technische problemen, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten
  • Meedenken over een efficiëntere werking en mogelijke procesverbeteringen
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie en correcte ploegoverdracht
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en het naleven van de geldende procedures

> Regime: vaste dagploeg/ vaste nachtploeg/ twee ploegen

> Omgeving: West-Vlaanderen

  • Relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterke people skills en het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en bij te sturen
  • Voldoende technische kennis of ervaring om een productieproces goed te begrijpen
  • Een technische opleiding of achtergrond is een sterke troef
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en een goede aanwezigheid op de werkvloer
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Besluitvaardig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht
  • Rustig en duidelijk, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Engels en/of Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Flexibel om te werken in dagploeg, de vaste nachtploeg of in een systeem van twee ploegen
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B om zich flexibel naar projecten te verplaatsen
