Met technische expertise, een betrouwbare aanpak en een passie voor grootschalige projecten realiseren ze bruggen, sluizen en hoogbouw die niet alleen functioneel zijn, maar ook opvallen door hun design en omvang. Van concept tot oplevering wordt alles in eigen huis aangepakt, met een hecht team dat geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg gaat.

Voor de job als teamleader production bestaat jouw takenpakket uit het volgende:

  • aansturen van 4 teams van telkens 4-5 personen
  • je waakt over een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van de geplande werkzaamheden
  • verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • je zorgt voor een duidelijke organisatie en communicatie binnen de teams
  • verwerken van administratieve gegevens zoals kwaliteitsregistraties en prestaties van medewerkers
  • fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor je team, biedt ondersteuning en neemt de nodige beslissingen

Als teamleader production bezit je volgende eigenschappen:

  • affiniteit met lassen, staalbouw, technisch planlezen, metaalbewerking en/of het bedienen van een rolbrug is een grote troef
  • ervaring in het aansturen van een team en het begeleiden van medewerkers op de werkvloer is een pluspunt
  • je bent communicatief sterk, werkt proactief en constructief
  • een lang opleidingstraject schrikt je niet af, je leert snel bij en past nieuwe kennis vlot toe
  • je kan goed overweg met MS Office-pakket
