Kortom, we geven smaak aan het leven. Als Teamleader Productie zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking binnen jouw productie-unit vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van een team operatoren & lijnverantwoordelijken en zorgt er samen met hen voor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen op het vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en rendement worden gerealiseerd. Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring kan je aan de slag in verschillende ploegen en op verschillende productiesites. We zijn op zoek naar Teamleaders voor:

  • 2-ploegen of weekend of vaste nacht in onze Biscoff plant in Lembeke
  • Nachtploeg in onze plant in Eeklo

Jouw rol

  • Je staat in voor het coachen, ontwikkelen en motiveren van 25tal operatoren. Binnen jouw ploeg zorg je ervoor dat de objectieven op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en rendementen gerealiseerd worden.
  • Je volgt de lopende teamacties op en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht met de andere ploegen. Je overlegt ook met de teamleaders uit de andere ploegen en neemt actief deel aan bepaalde meetings met andere diensten (Quality, R&D, planning …).
  • Binnen jouw rol neem je ook enkele administratieve taken op zoals het aanpassen van de personeelsplanning en het rechtzetten van productieafwijkingen.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt jouw team bij het realiseren van procesverbeteringen.
  • In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Unitmanager.

Ben je een betrokken leidinggevende met een hart voor speculoos én herken je jezelf verder in onderstaande kenmerken? Dan ontmoeten we jou graag!

  • Je bent een gedreven kandidaat met een Bachelor diploma en een aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen de productie of in een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Belangrijk is dat je een enthousiaste coach bent die jouw medewerkers kan motiveren en inspireren. Vlotte communicatie- en luistervaardigheden zijn dus cruciaal.
  • Verder heb je een scherpe analytische geest en goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan vlot met Excel werken. Ervaring met SAP is hier zeker ook een troef!
  • Als Teamleader werk je in de wisselende 2-ploegen, vaste nacht of vast weekend.
