Voor onze klant in Dendermonde, een innovatieve en hoogtechnologische speler binnen de voedingssector, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Productie. In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de inpakafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal renderen. Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense organisatie waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne de hoogste prioriteit hebben en waar eigen initiatief sterk wordt gewaardeerd.

  • Dagelijks organiseren en aansturen van de productieactiviteiten zodat elke lijn efficiënt en vlot draait
  • Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de planning en nauw afstemmen met de technische dienst
  • Toezien op de tijdige aanwezigheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en personele bezetting
  • Identificeren van bottlenecks in het proces en deze snel en doordacht oplossen
  • Bewaken van de strengste normen op het vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Motiveren, coachen en opleiden van jouw teamleden om hun groei te stimuleren
  • Continu analyseren van processen om verbeteringen door te voeren en rendementen te verhogen
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere teamleads, magazijnmedewerkers en operatoren voor een gestroomlijnde flow
  • Rapporteren over de behaalde resultaten en proactief voorstellen doen voor procesoptimalisatie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau en hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of een andere sterk gereguleerde sector is een belangrijk voordeel
  • Echte peoplemanager die natuurlijke autoriteit uitstraalt en in staat is om een team te coachen en te trainen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je bent zichtbaar op de vloer en springt bij waar nodig
  • Analytisch sterk en resultaatgericht, met het vermogen om onder druk de juiste beslissingen te nemen
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en een hoge mate van stressbestendigheid
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; kennis van het Engels of andere talen is een pluspunt
  • Bereidheid om op termijn mee te stappen in een flexibelere ploegstructuur (start in dagregime)
