Functie

Voor onze klant, actief in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader. Al meer dan 60 jaar reist hun assortiment de wereld rond. In het het fabriek in Temse werken er een 75-tal mensen en draaien er 5 productielijnen in 2 ploegen en/of vaste nacht. Als 100% familiebedrijf in de voedingssector dragen ze kwaliteit, hygiëne en een familiale werksfeer hoog in het vaandel.

Opleidingstraject

  • Opleiding op maat: Je volgt een intensief opleidingstraject van enkele maanden om klaargestoomd te worden voor een centrale teamleader-rol in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Brede inzetbaarheid: Je leert stapsgewijs om de leiding te nemen over zowel de afdeling deegzet als inpak.

Aansturing & Operationeel beheer

  • Vlot productieverloop: Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte opstart van de shiften.
  • Planning & Bijsturing: Je monitort het productieverloop op de voet en stuurt de planning bij waar nodig.
  • Afstemming & Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met operatoren en lijnverantwoordelijken en borgt een goeie communicatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen.

Mensenmassa & Teamontwikkeling

  • Personeelsplanning: Je helpt actief mee met het opmaken van de planning voor jouw ploeg.
  • Coaching & Opleiding: Je brengt de opleidingsbehoeften in kaart (inwerken van nieuwe collega's, verdieping of herhaling voor ervaren krachten) en begeleidt je team.
  • Communicatie & Evaluatie: Je organiseert groeps- en individuele overlegmomenten en voert functioneringsgesprekken.
  • Motivatie: Je motiveert je collega's en bouwt mee aan een positieve werksfeer.

Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & Hygiëne

  • Aanspreekpunt: Je fungeert als directe link met de afdelingen Kwaliteit, Veiligheid en Planning om kwalitatief, veilig en efficiënt te werken.
  • Standards & Hygiëne: Je ziet strikt toe op orde, netheid en het naleven van de geldende hygiëneregels.

Profiel

Ben jij de ideale kandidaat?

  • Minimum A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie
  • Je kennis van het Nederlands is vloeiend (schrijven, lezen, spreken)
  • Je werkt vlot met heftruck en BT
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stipt
  • Je leert graag bij
  • Je stelt je collegiaal en communicatief op
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis
