The posting

Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf actief binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Productie. In deze rol stuur je een team van 20 tot 25 operatoren aan en zorg je voor een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve productieomgeving. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen het productieteam en het management.

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van operatoren.
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers via opleidingen, opvolging en feedback.
  • Toezien op de naleving van procedures, werkinstructies en afspraken.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de productie.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen en formuleren van passende verbeteracties.
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van KPI's rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en personeelsinzet.
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten en veranderingsprocessen.
  • Voeren van evaluatie-, motivatie-, selectie- en verzuimgesprekken.
  • Leiding geven aan teamoverleggen en zorgen voor een correcte shiftoverdracht.
  • Waken over de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en milieunormen.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen weet te motiveren, te coachen en indien nodig bij te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en houdt steeds overzicht over de operationele werking.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt kennis van Lean-principes en kan vlot werken met MS Office en ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en resultaten.
