Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider in de productie begeleid en motiveer je een team van medewerkers op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt, kwaliteit hoog blijft en collega’s goed ondersteund worden. Je combineert leidinggeven met praktisch meewerken en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team.

Jouw taken:

  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van het productieteam bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Aansturen en motiveren van collega’s, zorgen voor een positieve werksfeer
  • Coachen en corrigeren waar nodig, met oog voor respect en samenwerking
  • Bijspringen op de werkvloer om productieplanning te halen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorgen dat overleg constructief verloopt
  • Voorbeeldfunctie op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie
  • Coördineren van de opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers en ondersteunen van mentoren
  • Samenwerken met productiecoördinator en meedenken over procesverbeteringen

Wie ben jij?

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Fysiek actief en bereid om voornamelijk rechtstaand te werken
  • Sterke communicator die duidelijk, respectvol en motiverend kan communiceren
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans
  • Praktisch, flexibel en hands-on; je steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Woonachtig binnen ongeveer 30 minuten van de werkplek
