Als meewerkende teamleader ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen en coördineren van meerdere productielijnen tijdens jouw shift
  • Zorgen voor een vlot, veilig en kwaliteitsgericht productieproces
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse personeels- en productieplanning
  • Bewaken van de productkwaliteit en naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Actief samenwerken met de afdelingen logistiek, productie en techniek
  • Coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's
  • Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en zorgen voor een duidelijke ploegenoverdracht
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over procesoptimalisaties
  • Zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steken waar nodig om de productie vlot te laten verlopen

Wil jij je ervaring als teamleader inzetten in een moderne productieomgeving en samen met je team resultaten behalen? Neem dan zeker contact op!

  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Sterke people management skills met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om structuur en overzicht te bewaren
  • Zowel een echte teamspeler als zelfstandig inzetbaar
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het vinden van praktische oplossingen
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en vlot vertrouwd met Office en productiesystemen
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne, met een goede kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen
  • Kennis van IFS, BRC of FSSC-certificeringen is een sterke troef
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig in een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Motivator die medewerkers weet te coachen, ondersteunen en enthousiasmeren
