FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Teamleader Productie (Nacht) werk je mee aan het aansturen en begeleiden van operatoren binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, vlot en kwalitatief verloopt.

Je werkt in team en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je ploeg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft samen met je collega ploegleider ondersteuning aan een 20-tal operatoren die per team aan 20 verwerkingslijnen werken.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen, aansturen en motiveren van jouw ploeg.
  • Je draagt je verworven kennis van het machinepark over aan de operatoren en communiceert over de te behalen targets op vlak van productiviteit en kwaliteit.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen, geeft feedback aan de technische dienst en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager.
  • Je werkt in de vaste nachtploeg, met op vrijdag een kortere werkdag zodat je sneller van het weekend kunt genieten.

PROFIEL

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een voldoende kennis van Engels.
  • Je bent een goede people manager die kan bemiddelen bij conflicten en aandacht heeft voor alle medewerkers.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek, bent analytisch en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, bent communicatief, stressbestendig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige omgeving waarbij productiviteit en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel worden gedragen.

  • De werkplek is makkelijk bereikbaar en beschikt over ruime parkeermogelijkheden en moderne voorzieningen.
