Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij voor hun vestiging ten noorden van Gent op zoek naar een Teamleader Productie Weekend. In deze rol neem je een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de productie en stuur je een team aan met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en samenwerking.

Jouw taken:

· Coachen, ontwikkelen en motiveren van een 30-tal operatoren en zorgen voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s op vlak van kwaliteit, output, rendement en veiligheid.

· Uitwerken en opvolgen van kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen op de aan jou toegewezen productielijnen, en ondersteunen van jouw team bij het realiseren van deze verbeteringen.

· Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten in de afdeling en tijdig bijsturen bij productieafwijkingen om de continuïteit en efficiëntie van het productieproces te garanderen.

· Faciliteren en modereren van teammeetings, opvolgen van lopende teamacties en toezien op de correcte naleving van de richtlijnen rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.

· Rapporteren aan de Productie Manager Weekend.

· Bacheloropleiding in biochemie, voedingsmiddelentechnologie, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische of wetenschappelijke richting.

· Minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als productie supervisor of teamleader productie.

· Een natuurlijke people manager die energie haalt uit het aansturen, coachen en enthousiasmeren van mensen en erin slaagt om het beste in zijn/haar team naar boven te halen.

· Een sterke communicator die helder en verbindend communiceert en beschikt over uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden.

· Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel bij het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid en het nemen van beslissingen.
