Als Teamleader Production bij Ciner Glass Belgium speel je een cruciale rol in de opstart van onze fabriek en het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen binnen onze ultramoderne containerglasproductie. Met jouw diepgaande kennis van containerglasbewerking draag je bij aan het succes en de groei van onze snelgroeiende productieomgeving. Samen met je collega's uit verschillende disciplines zorg je ervoor dat elk glasproduct dat onze fabriek verlaat voldoet aan de strengste eisen op het vlak van duurzaamheid en functionaliteit.

Verantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken

  • Actief meewerken aan de vlotte opstart van de nieuwe productieplant
  • Overdragen van je uitgebreide kennis en expertise aan nieuwe collega's
  • Oplossen van problemen tijdens de opstartfase alsook deze documenteren en aanleren aan de operators
  • Technisch ondersteunen van operatoren en collega’s bij complexere glasbewerkingen of -problemen
  • Toezien op het volledige productieproces van glas, met focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid
  • Uitvoeren en interpreteren van kwaliteitscontroles en het rapporteren van afwijkingen
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van optimalisaties binnen het containerglasproductieproces
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het correct gebruik van machines, gereedschappen en grondstoffen
  • Registreren en analyseren van productiegegevens en voorstellen van verbetervoorstellen
  • Bijdragen aan het naleven van milieu-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Coördineren van onderhouds- en schoonmaakactiviteiten aan glasinstallaties

Kwalificaties, Vaardigheden & Ervaring

  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als Containerglas Specialist, Procesoptimalisatie Containerglas
  • Grondige technische kennis van containerglasproductieprocessen én affiniteit met kwaliteitscontrole
  • Ervaring met het oplossen van storingen en het optimaliseren van productieprocessen
  • De capaciteit hebben om je diepgaande kennis van het productieproces alsook de oplossing van mogelijke storingen over te dragen aan onervaren medewerkers
  • Goede kennis van veiligheidseisen en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de containerglasindustrie
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken en proactief initiatief neemt
