The posting

Voor onze klant in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader van de afdeling quality control.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Kwaliteitssystemen & compliance

Je beheert en bewaakt onze kwaliteitsprocessen van A tot Z: correcte toepassing, nauwkeurige registratie, opvolging van afwijkingen en het nemen van gepaste maatregelen — steeds in lijn met ISO-normen en relevante standaarden.

  • Teamleiderschap

Je stuurt het QC-team aan, neemt een voorbeeldrol op en zorgt voor een optimale bezetting. Je motiveert, ondersteunt en neemt je team mee in een kwaliteitsgerichte manier van werken.

  • Analyses & actieplanning

Je volgt de kwaliteitsanalyses van je team op en vertaalt niet-conforme resultaten naar concrete actieplannen voor Operations.

  • Klachtenbehandeling & CAPA

Je behandelt interne en externe klachten, analyseert oorzaken en werkt corrigerende en preventieve acties (CAPA) uit in samenwerking met Operations, R&D en andere betrokken diensten.

  • Certificaten, audits & documentatie

Je beheert certificaten, houdt documentatie up-to-date, verzorgt DOP's en coördineert zowel interne als externe audits.

  • Formulebeheer

Je houdt formules actueel in ons ERP-systeem en verwerkt wijzigingen in functie van grondstoffenbeschikbaarheid.

  • Continue verbetering

Je draagt actief bij aan verbetertrajecten binnen het labo en de productieprocessen, in nauw overleg met R&D en Operations.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor of Master in een wetenschappelijke richting (Chemie, Biochemie, Milieu of verwant), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Aantoonbare kennis van kwaliteitscontrole en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen in een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Kennis van analysetechnieken in een labo-omgeving; affiniteit met reglementering rond chemische producten (GHS, etikettering, opslag) is een plus
  • Je bent betrokken, neemt initiatief en weet je team te motiveren met heldere communicatie
  • Je bouwt mee aan systemen, maar staat evengoed op de werkvloer als dat nodig is
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, met oog voor praktische haalbaarheid
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels en Frans
  • Langetermijndenker: Je ziet deze rol als een meerjarig engagement waarbij je het systeem echt laat landen en verankeren
