Jouw functie

Als Teamleader ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse winkelwerking. Je stuurt een team van medewerkers aan, organiseert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat klanten telkens opnieuw kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde winkel en uitstekende service.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team winkelmedewerkers.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale goederenverwerking en winkelpresentatie.
  • Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel verder helpen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor zowel medewerkers als klanten.
  • Creëren van een positieve en resultaatgerichte teamsfeer.
  • Mee instaan voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte winkelwerking.

  • Je bent een echte motivator en haalt energie uit het begeleiden van mensen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag actief mee.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed multitasken.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid zit in jouw DNA.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Flexibele werkuren vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Ervaring binnen retail, horeca of in een leidinggevende functie is een must.
