Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor retail en een hart voor klanten? Krijg jij energie van het motiveren van een team en wil je samen écht het verschil maken op de winkelvloer? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou!

Voor Groep Peeters-Govers zoeken we een enthousiaste teamleader voor hun gloednieuwe winkel in Haacht. In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het team en het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je coacht, inspireert en ondersteunt je collega’s, terwijl je zelf actief meewerkt op de vloer. Dankzij jouw inzet en oog voor detail zorg je voor een verzorgde winkelpresentatie en een aangename winkelervaring, zodat elke klant met een goed gevoel buitenstapt.

Jouw taken:

  • Je geeft leiding aan en coacht een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers.
  • Je organiseert en verdeelt de dagelijkse taken op de winkelvloer.
  • Je werkt actief mee (aanvullen, kassawerk, orde & netheid).
  • Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's.
  • Je creëert een plek waar klanten zich welkom voelen en collega's graag werken.

PROFIEL

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent een teamspeler en een natuurlijke leider die collega’s kan motiveren.
  • Je bent hands-on en niet bang om zelf mee te werken op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in retail of horeca is een plus, maar geen vereiste — motivatie en enthousiasme zijn belangrijker.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar tussen 6u en 21u
  • Je bent beschikbaar in weekends en op feestdagen (afwisselend werk je op zaterdag of zondag)
  • Je hebt betrouwbaar vervoer naar Haacht, ook op vroege, late en weekendmomenten
  • Je loonverwachting ligt in lijn met PC 202.01 (barema)
