  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen het productieproces
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en technische uitdagingen
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden en opleiden
  • Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties
  • Overleggen met andere afdelingen zoals planning, kwaliteit en onderhoud
  • Zorgen voor een positieve en constructieve teamsfeer
