Wil jij een spuitafdeling mee in goede banen leiden?

Voor een technisch productiebedrijf in de regio Middelkerke zoeken we een Teamleader Spuiter met ervaring in industriële spuittechnieken. In deze functie combineer je het vak van industrieel spuiter met de verantwoordelijkheid over een team en de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling.

Van de voorbereiding van containers, vrachtwagens en schepen tot het aanbrengen van industriële coatings: kwaliteit, planning en een veilige werkomgeving staan centraal. Als meewerkend teamleader steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen en zorg je tegelijk voor een efficiënte organisatie van de werkzaamheden.

Wat ga je doen: - Een team van industrieel spuiters dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen. - De werkplanning van de spuitafdeling opmaken en de prioriteiten bepalen. - Meewerken aan voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals schuren, reinigen en afplakken. - Industriële verf, lakken en coatings aanbrengen volgens technische fiches en vastgelegde procedures. - Toezien op een gelijkmatige afwerking, correcte laagdiktes en een kwalitatief eindresultaat. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en eventuele retouches of herstellingen opvolgen. - De voortgang van de werkzaamheden bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig. - Aandacht houden voor veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de werkplaats. - Afstemmen met productie, planning en andere afdelingen voor een vlotte werkorganisatie. Voor deze functie is relevante praktijkervaring binnen industriële spuittechnieken belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma. Kennis van verschillende verf- en coatingsystemen, spuitparameters en laagdiktemetingen vormt een sterke basis. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als teamleader, meewerkend voorman of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie is een pluspunt. Ook relevante certificaten rond veiligheid, coatingprocessen of industriële schildertechnieken zijn mooi meegenomen. Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en het vermogen om een team te coachen en te motiveren. Nauwkeurige werkhouding met een sterk oog voor afwerking en detail. Voldoende technische kennis om werkorders en technische instructies correct te interpreteren. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Een rustige en oplossingsgerichte houding, ook wanneer de planning onder druk staat. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
