Voor het Maintenance & Engineering departement van Beyers Koffie, een toonaangevende speler in de voedingsindustrie, zoeken wij een meewerkend voorman die verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over een klein team van twee storingstechniekers.

Wij zoeken iemand die de spil zal zijn in het draaiende houden van verschillende verpakkingslijnen bij onze klant.

Je takenpakket:

  • Dankzij je technisch inzicht analyseer en interpreteer je de problemen die via ticket binnenkomen.
  • Je zorgt voor een snelle oplossing door deze toe te wijzen binnen je team of verder te escaleren.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee om storingen te analyseren en op te lossen die zich voordoen aan installaties voor verpakking.
  • Je zet veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal.
  • Je organiseert en neemt deel aan dagelijkse overlegmomenten.
  • Je optimaliseert de werking en afstellingen van machines en participeert aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de installatie van nieuwe lijnen en voer je preventief onderhoud uit.

Wij zoeken iemand met veel technische skills die de meeste van deze vereisten vervult en gemotiveerd is:

  • Diploma in elektromechanica, bij voorkeur op bachelor niveau.
  • Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie in de voeding- of verpakkingsector is gewenst, juniors met een hogere opleiding zijn ook welkom.
  • Grondige kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en elektriciteit.
  • Ervaring met storingen, formaatwissels en afstellingen aan verpakkingsmachines.
  • Affiniteit met het aansturen van enkele collega’s.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
