Ben jij iemand die graag het overzicht houdt, mensen in beweging zet en ervoor zorgt dat een winkel gewoon… blijft draaien alsof alles vanzelf gaat? Dan is dit jouw moment om in de rol van teamleader te stappen.

Dit bedrijf in de retailsector is een drukke, goed georganiseerde supermarkt waar elke shift telt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, geen team draait vanzelf — en precies daar kom jij in beeld. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles loopt, iedereen weet wat te doen en de winkel er strak bij ligt, van opening tot sluit.

Als shiftleider ben jij eigenlijk de “captain” van je shift. Niet op afstand, maar echt midden in de actie.

Wat je zoal doet op een dag:

  • Je stuurt een team medewerkers aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je coacht en motiveert je crew tijdens de shift (zonder stijf gedoe, gewoon duidelijk en hands-on)
  • Je bewaakt de flow in de winkel: vullen, kassa, service… alles moet blijven draaien
  • Je grijpt in als iets vastloopt en lost kleine én grote issues snel op
  • Je checkt of de winkel netjes is, de rekken gevuld zijn en alles klopt volgens de standaarden
  • Je zorgt na je shift dat alles administratief juist is doorgegeven (voorraad, restanten, opvolging)

Je werkt in shiften tussen 6u en 21u, ook in het weekend. Geen klassieke 9-to-5 dus, wel veel afwisseling en actie.

Voor deze rol zoeken ze iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van mensen aansturen:

  • Je hebt ervaring in retail of leidinggeven (of bent klaar voor die next step)
  • Je kan een team aansturen zonder moeite en houdt het overzicht
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt zelf ook mee de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht, ook als het druk wordt
  • Je bent flexibel en werken in shiften/weekend schrikt je niet af
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en communiceert duidelijk
