Ben jij een geboren coach met ervaring in retail en hou je van afwisseling? Wil je een team motiveren, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en meebouwen aan het succes van een modern tankstation?

Als Teamleader ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse werking van het tankstation. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Dankzij jouw coachende aanpak motiveer je medewerkers om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van de stationmanager in de dagelijkse werking van het station.
  • Coördineren van de activiteiten binnen de shop, het restaurant en de administratieve processen.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van personeelsplanningen.
  • Coachen, begeleiden en evalueren van medewerkers.
  • Onthalen, opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen, controleren en opvolgen.
  • Facturen verwerken en administratieve taken beheren.
  • Waken over veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen.
  • Samenwerken met collega-teamleaders en de regionale manager om de werking continu te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de retailsector.
  • Je hebt reeds een team aangestuurd of bent klaar voor een volgende stap in je leidinggevende carrière.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Flexibele uren, weekendwerk en werken op feestdagen schrikken jou niet af.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om het station vlot te bereiken.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, hands-on en neemt graag initiatief.
