Als Teamleader Technical Office ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het technisch bureau. Je combineert jouw sterke technische expertise met uitstekende people management vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor procesoptimalisatie. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat offertes nauwkeurig en op tijd worden opgesteld, terwijl je klanten voorziet van deskundig technisch advies. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkplanning, bewaakt kwaliteit en efficiëntie en neemt het voortouw in optimalisatieprojecten. Je brengt mensen, technologie en cijfers samen en speelt een cruciale rol in de operationele en strategische groei van ons technisch bureau.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren en beheren van de dagelijkse werkplanning van het estimation team.
  • Voorbereiden en beoordelen van kostencalculaties en offertes voor metaalbewerking.
  • Analyseren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en klantvereisten.
  • Praktisch en technisch advies bieden aan klanten, projectmanagers en collega’s.
  • Communiceren met klanten over lopende orders en wijzigingen.
  • Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden, met een focus op junior profielen.
  • Creëren van een efficiënte, collaboratieve en betrokken teamomgeving.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van proces- en systeemverbeteringen.
  • Monitoren van KPI's zoals interne tevredenheid, betrokkenheid en afgeronde trainingen.
  • Zorgen voor nauwkeurige financiële verwerking, naleving en kostenbeheer.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je het volgende nodig:

  • Een bachelor of master in een technische of bouwkundige opleiding.
  • Relevante ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, calculatie, engineering of binnen een technisch bureau.
  • Ervaring met het leiden of coachen van een team.
  • Affiniteit met productieprocessen, bij voorkeur metaalbewerking (lasersnijden, buigen, lassen).
  • Sterke technische en analytische vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een hands-on, oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en calculatie- of planningssoftware.
  • Vaardigheid in MS Office en een sterk digitaal georiënteerde mindset.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en goede kennis van Frans. Kennis van Engels is een plus.
