The posting

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het technisch team en productie voor alle technische interventies op de site te Roeselare. In deze gevarieerde job heb je continu interactie met alle medewerkers. Je werkt in een dagregime en rapporteert aan de productie manager. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien binnen een professionele organisatie.

Kerntaak 1: organiseren en aansturen van de afdeling ‘Technische Dienst’. Je plant en organiseert op een dusdanige manier dat niet alleen de materialen maar ook de mensen aanwezig zijn voor een optimale bezetting en technische ondersteuning. Je staat in voor de werking en ondersteuning (elektrisch, hydraulisch en mechanisch) van jouw team, interne rapporteringen, het opmaken van werkfiches, uitschrijven van vuurvergunningen, geven van vergaderingen (opleidingen, toolbox, e.d.), opmaken van de dagelijkse werkplanningen (voor onderhoud), opdrachten voor technische interventies, enz. Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor magazijn en bestellingen.

Kerntaak 2: hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische interventies op de site. Je neemt het leiderschap op door een groot deel van je werktijd op de werkvloer door te brengen. Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen, en kan flexibel omspringen met urgenties in productie. Je evalueert & rapporteert operationele problemen.

Kerntaak 3: veiligheidsbeleid. Het naleven en bewaken van werkinstructies en veiligheidsregels is voor jou als leidinggevende een evidentie. Bij technische interventies geef je steeds prioriteit aan veiligheid voor alle aanwezigen. Je voert regelmatig interne audits uit, controleert interne werkpostfiches en/of procedures en onderneemt correctieve acties indien noodzakelijk. Je schrijft veiligheidsvoorschriften uit wanneer externen taken komen uitvoeren + volgt deze werken op.

Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met techniek.

Jouw vaardigheden en ervaring maken van jou een ‘probleemoplosser’.

Organisatorische (met voldoende flexibiliteit) en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je haalt voldoening uit het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers in een productieomgeving.
