The posting

  • Je doet de ploegoverdracht met je collega teamleader en gaat de prioriteiten bepalen van je team op basis van de status van het machinepark en productieplanning.
  • Je verdeelt de taken naar preventief onderhoud en acute herstellingen of aanpassen van machines.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen productie bij storingen en zorgt voor opvolging, waar nodig spring je zelf bij.
  • Je volgt de prioriteiten nauwgezet op, ondersteunt bij het oplossen van complexere storingen en bekijkt wederkerige problemen.
  • Je voert metingen uit aan installaties conform het onderhoudsplan en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je waakt over de regels naar veilig werken, orde en netheid alsook hygiëne.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeteringsprojecten, ontvangt externen binnen productie en volgt mee het technisch magazijn op.
  • Je voert functioneringsgesprekken met het team en waar nodig organiseer je toolbox opleiding.
  • Je bent als teamleader technische dienst in het bezit van een technisch diploma elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan een stabiele werkervaring voorleggen als technieker of teamleader van een technisch team.
  • Je hebt kennis van elektriciteit, motoren, pompen, kleppen, PLC sturingen, etc.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt graag coördinerend en hands-on.
  • Je kan een team motiveren, aansturen en bent communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Als persoon ben je leergierig, heb je een positieve werkhouding en werk je graag oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt in wisselende ploegen: vm 6u-14 en nm 14u - 22u.
